Early Education
Our Philosophy

We desire each student grow in the fullness and love of Jesus Christ.  We want our students to imitate Jesus.  Each student is encouraged to strive for the highest achievement of his God-given gifts and talents.

We are intentionally Christian and are designed for like-minded parents.  We require one parent be born again and actively attending a Christian church.

Guiding Principles
  • We understand preschool children can know God loves them.
  • We understand most young children learn through sensory learning of touching, smelling, tasting, seeing and hearing.
  • We understand young children's muscles need development before they use the "paper and pencil method" of learning.
  • We believe our students will be successful learners through the development of:
    • self-control, a longer attention span, listening skills, following directions and working with peers.

Accreditation

Calvary Christian School is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services.  Our preschool meets the standards established by the Arizona Department of Education.

The preschool received ACSI accreditation in July of 2009.
